Seasonal Camp Rentals

 RENTAL RATES:

DEPOSITS:

A non-refundable deposit of ½ the rent with the balance plus State Sales Tax (7%) due upon arrival on all Lodges and Camps.  No refunds for early departure.

MAINE SALES TAX:

Add 7% Maine Sales Tax to the rental.

RENTAL TIMES:

Monthly – 1^st day of the month to the last day.

Weekly – Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 12:00 noon.

Daily – By mutual agreement.

DIRECTIONS TO OAKFIELD HILLS:

Maine (Traveling North or East):

Take I-95 north to Oakfield (Exit #286); turn right and go ½ mile.  Turn left and go 1.7 miles.  Turn right onto the Spaulding Lake Road and go 1.7 miles.  Turn right onto the Brown Road and go 1.3 miles.  There you will see our sign.

Maine (Traveling North Rt. #1; South Rt. #1; & from New Brunswick, Canada):

Drive to Houlton.  Take I-95 approximately 15 miles to Oakfield (Exit #286).  Turn left and go .6 tenths of a mile.  Turn left and go 1.7 miles.  Turn right onto the Spaulding Lake Road and go 1.7 miles.  Turn right onto the Brown Road and go 1.3 miles.  There you will see our sign. 

DIRECTIONS TO DREWS LAKE:

Maine (Traveling North):

Traveling North on I-95 take Exit #291. Turn right and go 3.4 miles (Wayne's Auto Body is on the left). Turn right onto the Campbell Rd and go to the end of the road. Turn right and go 1.1 miles to the North Shore Road. Take a right and go .5 miles until you get to the Brown Trout Lane. Turn left and take the second driveway.The number 12 on the back of the camp.

Maine (Traveling South):

Going into Houlton, go pass I-95, and passed MacDonald's. At the set of lights just over the bridge, take a right. Then go 3.3 miles on Route 2A (Bangor Rd.). Turn Right onto Lake Road adn go 5.5 miles to the North Shore Road. Take a right adn go .5 miles to the Brown Trout Lane.Turn left and take the second driveway. The The number 12 on the back of the camp.

DIRECTIONS TO BANCROFT:

Maine (Traveling North or East):

Take I-95 to Medway (Exit 244). Turn left on to Route 157 East and go 11 miles to Mattawamkeag. Turn left on to Route 2 East and go 9.5 miles to Macwahoc. Go straight on Route 2A for 8.8 miles. Turn right on to Route 171 south and go 6.8 miles to Wytopitlock. Turn left on to the Bancroft Road. and go 7.7 miles to a bridge. The camps are on the left just past the bridge.

Maine (Traveling from Route 1 South or New Brunswick, Canada):

At the Houlton Post Office take Route 1 South and go 24.8 miles to the Number Nine Road. Turn right and go 5.1 miles to a "T" in the road. Turn left on to the Kelly Road. and go 3.6 miles to a "T" in the road. Turn right and go 2.2 miles. The camps are on the right before you cross the bridge.

Maine (Traveling Route 1 North):

Go to Danforth. Turn right on to the Bancroft Road. and go 8.3 miles. The camps are on the right before you cross the bridge.
